How much is my rebate?
Your cash back rebate is 2% of the purchase price.
This is contingent on the home builder paying at least a 3% commission to
Exclusive Buyers Realty Inc. as the buyers broker. See the table below for specific amounts:

How long will it take for me to receive my cash back rebate?

Texas New Home Cash Back will issue your rebate within one week (5 business days) of closing on your new home.

How do I know I will receive my rebate through this program?
|
Exclusive Buyers Realty Inc. is a Licensed Real Estate Broker for the State of Texas,
an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). The
Representation Notice is a contractual agreement with the buyer contingent on the instructions governing the rebate
are followed properly. Funds for the Cash Back rebate from TexasNewHomeCashBack.com and Exclusive Buyers Realty Inc. will come from the commission paid by the Builder or Developer (seller) upon funding the transaction.
This rebate is dependent upon approval from the lender and seller and is reflected on the HUD 1 settlement statement.

If the commission is less than 3%, will I still be eligible for the rebate?
|
Please contact Exclusive Buyers Realty Inc. before contracting with the builder if the amount is
less than 3%. You may still be able to obtain some rebate amount. In addition, there may be more depending on special commission granted to the broker based on an incentive
offer by the builder. Contact us if more incentive is offered to determine the amount of your total rebate.

What information should I take with me to the development?
|
On your first visit to a new home subdivision, register with an on-site sales counselor or agent and
list Exclusive Buyers Realty Inc. as your Realtor. This will allow you to be eligible for our Cash Back rebate program.

What if I already visited the development?
|
You generally won't be eligible to receive our rebate if you've already registered with a sales agent. However, please contact us anyway, as some builder's policies vary.
