Rebate Qualifications


  • The Cash Back rebate does not apply to preexisting homes owned by individuals. This only applies to purchases of new homes, condos, townhouses, or new construction never previously occupied.

  • You must not be represented through a written agreement by another licensed real estate agent to be eligible for this rebate.

  • You must sign and date the form Information About Brokerage Services and mail, e-mail or fax it to Exclusive Buyers Realty Inc. Inc.. You must also complete and take the Representation Notice to register with the new homebuilder of your choice. Both of these documents are available to download after you have registered and agreed to the TexasNewHomeCashBack.com policy.

  • The new home builder must pay at least 3% of the sales price in commission to Exclusive Buyers Realty Inc. Inc.. 2% of the sales price is then rebated to you at closing in the form of our Cash Back rebate.

  • The builder's purchase contract must show: "Exclusive Buyers Realty Inc. Inc." as the selling broker.

  • This rebate is contingent upon approval from the lender and seller and is reflected on the HUD 1 settlement statement.
