How To Qualify
- You must sign and date the form Information About Brokerage Services (available for download in Step 4) and mail, e-mail or fax it to Exclusive Buyers Realty Inc.
- You must not be represented through a written agreement by another licensed real estate agent to be eligible for this rebate.
- Complete and take the Representation Notice to register with the new homebuilder of your choice (also available for download in Step 4).
- Builder's purchase contract must show: "Exclusive Buyers Realty Inc." as the Selling Broker.
- The new homebuilder must pay at least 3% of the sales price in commission to Exclusive Buyers Realty Inc. (2% of sales price is then rebated to you in the form of CASH BACK at closing to use at your discretion).
- This rebate is contingent upon approval from the lender and seller and is reflected on the HUD 1 settlement statement.
- Once your new home contract has been signed and accepted by the Builder's sales counselor or agent, mail, e-mail or fax the Representation Notice to Exclusive Buyers Realty Inc.
- Close on new home purchase and receive your 2% at closing.
